Heirloom is a dynamic four-piece band blending genres with ease, from oldies and jazz to country and rock all while putting their own fresh spin on timeless favorites. Their sets mix crowd-loved covers with original songs that pull audiences to the dance floor and keep the energy high all night long.

Formed in the summer of 2020, the group came together out of a shared desire to play music again, quickly evolving from casual jam sessions into a tight-knit, high-energy act. Their signature sound features groovy rhythms, standout harmonies, and electrifying solos, all fueled by genuine friendship behind the scenes.

Origins of The Barn

Deconstructed from a dairy ranch on Meridian Road and reconstructed in its current spot here in Meriam Park, the 110 year old Barn offers a unique gathering space for the community while honoring Chico’s history.

Once a home for farm machinery, The Barn is now home to community gatherings, musical performances, vendor markets, weddings, parties, fundraisers and more.

  • There is a parking lot located directly behind or across from The Barn. Street parking is also available.

  • Yes! There is a selection of food and soft drinks available at our tap trailer.

    Beer and wine are also available for purchase. Please drink responsibly.

  • Yes, we welcome your well behaved dogs! They must remain on leash at all times, unless it’s the dog social :)

  • Find The Barn entrance on Market Place, accessible by 20th Street or Notre Dame Blvd.

  • The Barn and tap trailer open to the public 30 minutes before the scheduled start on free music nights. Times for ticketed events vary - always check your tickets for up to date information
