Our spacious barn, covering 5,000 square feet, can host between 300 to 500 guests based on your chosen seating and table configurations. The rental includes:

  • 5,000 square foot historic barn.

  • 3,000 square foot lawn area.

  • 12’ x 16’ stage and stage lighting.

  • String and accent lighting.

  • Misting system for hot days or 15 heat lamps for cooler evenings.

  • Three fully equipped air-conditioned restrooms stocked with ample toiletries. One restroom is ADA-compliant and features a baby changing station.

  • The Barn also includes seating options if desired.

  • Ample free parking.

  • Beer and wine available (additional fee).

  • Sound system and Sound Engineer available (additional fee).

  • Catering is not included, but we are happy to recommend several vendors.

  • Onsite lodging is available, along with restaurants and bars perfect for rehearsal dinners and gatherings. Guests can also enjoy onsite spa services including spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures.
