About: Overdrive started a little over 9 years ago when three guitar players got together after I posted a "looking for guitar players to jam" on Craigslist. When we starting playing together we realized we didn't need three guitars so one of the guitarist decided to learn the bass. And the project began. We auditioned singers and drummers and have had some interesting combinations over the years. About eight months after we started, and after auditioning several lead singers, we finally chose our female lead singer. In fact 2 years later after her joining the band we got married. Overdrive actually played at our wedding as one of the bands. Very cool! Fast forward to the present we have now become a great classic rock cover band that plays nightclubs, corporate events, parties, special events and weddings. The band members are Marleen Hosler on lead vocals, myself Greg Hosler on rhythm guitar and vocals, Bo Baird on Bass and vocals, Jeffery Egger on drums and vocals and Chris Bautista on lead guitar and vocals. We play a wide variety of great classic rock tunes from Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Aerosmith, Queen, Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cheap Trick, Lita Ford, Bad Company, Deep Purple, Montrose, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Bon Jovi, Sammy Haggar, Nirvana, Gun's and Rose's, Journey, Georgia Satellites, Sweet, Midnight Oil and The Cranberries to name a few. Plus we are always adding new material to keep it fresh. So when you are ready to rock send us an email and we will set up your show with some extra light, lasers and fog to add to the merriment!
