About: Surf Noir Kings are Miles Corbin (Lead Guitar), Robert Karch (Guitar), Mark Wilpolt (Standup Bass), Jerry Morano (Congas).
Surf Noir Kings play original surf music written by our guitar player Miles Corbin. Miles has had a long career with the Bay Area group, The Aqua Velvets. The Aqua Velvets' songs have been covered by a number of other surf artists. The Surf Noir Kings continue to play his musical vision, a fascinating blend of spaghetti western, shimmering psychedelic, pristine surf, Latin rhythms, music from mysterious far away places and a dash of tongue in cheek lounge.
